No: 22/1 & 3A4, Kumarapalayam Agraharam Village,Kumarapalayam Taluk, Namakkal District - 638 183 vide reference first cited for the reasons stated therein. Thereafter, the power supply to the unit was disconnected on 08.12.2022 by TANGEDCO. Now, the unit vide its letter dated 27.02.2023 has requested the DEE, TNPCB, Kumarapalayam to issue revocation of closure order and restoration of power supply issued to the unit. Based on that, the unit was inspected on 02.03.2023 by DEE/Kumarapalayam and reported the following:~ 1. During inspection, the unit was not in operation due to disconnection of power supply 2. POLLUTION PREVENTION PAYSTAMILNADU POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD In view of the above, DEE, TNPCB, Kumarapalayam has recommended that the unit of Mls.Senthilkumar Textiles, T.S. No: 22/1 & 3A4, Kumarapalayam Agraharam Village,Kumarapalayam Taluk, Namakkal District - 638 183 may be levied with Environmental Compensation of Rs.2,30,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Thirty Thousand only) and also to consider the issue of revocation of closure direction and restoration of power supply direction to the unit subject to certain conditions, Further, in view of the Show Cause Notice dated 31.03.2023 issued to the unit, the unit has remitted Environmental Compensation (EC) of Rs.2,30,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Thirty Thousand only) to the Board and furnished the EC remittance details vide Receipt Voucher No. 2 dated 03.04.2023 In the light of the above and in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 33A of the Water (P&CP) Act, 1974 as amended, the Board hereby issues orders for revocation of closure direction and restoration of power supply to the unit of M/s.Senthilkumar Textiles, TS. No: 22 & 3A4, Kumarapalayam Agraharam Village,Kumarapalayam Taluk, Namakkal District - 638 183, subject to the condition that the unit shall comply with the conditions stipulated in the Renewal of Consent Proceeding dated 25.02.2023 issued by DEE, TNPC8, Kumarapalayam Hence, the power supply to the said unit may be restored with immediate effect The receipt of this proceeding shall be acknowledged.
