According to Dawkins (1976), the term meme is to describe gene-like infectious units of

culture that spread from person to person, memes have been the subject of constant academic
debate, derision, and even outright dismissal

Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) is described by Fairclough and Wodak (1997) as

"the analysis of linguistic and semiotic aspects of social processes and problems.". The

researcher believes, this is a best way to understand the intentions of memes, because the

memes are literally take their context from social issues that currently happening right now.

Fairclough (2003) also stated the aim of CDA:

to systematically explore often opaque relationships of causality and determination

between (a) discursive practices, events and texts, and (b) wider social and cultural

structures, relations and processes; to investigate how such practices, events and texts

arise out of and are ideologically shaped by relations of power and struggles over

power.

In the very first of Surah that arrived, Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala told prophet

Muhammad to read:
According to Shihab (2002), the word iqra’ or the command to read repeated twice in

the verse 1 and 3, that the first commandment is intended as an order to learn about

something that is not yet known, while the second is an order to teach knowledge to others.

After this knowledge is obtained through learning, the next mandate is to teach this

knowledge, by keeping all of this potential functioning.
