1. Company has been recognized by law as an instrument of doing business and
entrepreneurship. The misuse of corporate veil by people for their own secret ends has forced
Judiciary to become a qui vive of human affairs and lift the corporate veil. Discuss the special
situations where judiciary has shown its vigour in piercing the veil with the help of case laws.
