※ All documents should be sent to the regional KOICA office or the relevant government office.
※ Important notes for applicant:
1. Name and date of birth on the application must be the same as on the passport.
2. All forms must be typed in English (no in italics) and all certificates must be written in English.
The certificates in any other language must be accompanied by a notarized English translation.
※ No translated document in English is not accepted.
3. If any of the submitted documents contain false information, admission is rescinded.
4. Applicant should take full responsibility for any disadvantage due to his or her mistakes or
omissions in the application.
5. A scanned copy should be sent to PKNU (via PKNU email: koica_pknu@naver.com)
6. The original documents should be sent to the regional KOICA office or the relevant government office
with a sealed envelope for your privacy protection till the end of the local medical checkup (After the
medical checkup, an original copy should be handed into PKNU directly by the applicant).
7. A final participant must submit the scanned certificate of bachelor’s degree and transcript legalized
by the Embassy of Korea in the participant’s country or an apostille to be issued the certificate of
admission. The original legalized documents should be submitted to PKNU when the participant
arrives. If the submission of the original legalized documents is failed, the admission is subject to be
canceled.
