_______________________________________________

My Long-Term Goal: Is to become a barrister this can hopefully be done with a Law
degree at university. _______________________________________________

Intermediate Steps Over the Next Five Years to Reach My Goal

Try to set two or three short term goals (i.e. those in the next 2 years) and
the remainder for the medium term (following 3 years)

Year One The first term short goal is in year one as it is the second year L3 BTEC
Business it is about passing all my units however as in the first year I
achieved 7 distinctions 1 merit and 1 pass hopefully in order to get to
university, I need to achieve distinctions in all 9 units this year to hopefully
get into my chosen university. Also another goal is to pass my driving test
this is an absolute priority as I have got my driving theory out of the way.
The first term short goal is as this will be year 2 September 2020 where
Year Two hopefully I should be in university and my desired university is Bradford as
it will be more convenient for me in relation to travel and family as most of
my family live in Bradford. Although I am aware it is showing a lack of
ambition in choosing Bradford university. Another short term goal is to
socialise with different people at university as well as being friends they
will be like close family.
The first term short goal is in year 3 this year should be my second year at
Year Three university, although I will be studying this is the time where I should be
thinking about future plans such as what realistic job do I want when I
finish university. Another short term goal is to find a part time job whilst I
am studying at university, making sure it is not a distraction to my studies
at university.
The first short term goal is to have a placement year as it will be my third
Year Four year at university, meaning I need to spend a valuable year gaining
valuable work experience during my time at university I do expect this to
be different from work experience compared to the work experience I did
at college. Another short term goal is to travel and explore in this
placement year so it gives me the opportunity to make better informed
decisions about future career choices.
The first short term goal is to end my university course on a high to
Year Five achieve an LLB Law degree at Bradford. Another short term goal is to be
proactive in trying to get my dream job as nobody is going to give you
anything in life you have to work hard for it.

Personal Development Objectives to Meet My Goals

(what do I need to do to get where I want to be?)
One personal development objective is in order what do I need to do is to meet my
goals is to talk more socialise with different people this is because the more you talk with
people the more you learn as the first step is I want to be at university where you meet a
lot of new people that you have not met before.
Another personal development objective is in what I need to do to be more productive
and active as health is wealth. In where I want to be fit and healthy as due to college and
being committed to my work placement don't really get much time to do exercise.
How can others help me accomplish these objectives?
My parents are the most important and they can help me accomplish these objectives
with constant motivation as they have supported me all my life really.
