    Trans-vaginal ultrasound of pelvis

    Findings:
     Uterus anteverted,measures 8.03x5.87cm
     3.16x3.14cm posterior wall intramural fibroid seen.
     Endometrial cavity is central.ET measures 12mm with cystic spaces
     Right ovary not visualized.
     Left ovary measures 3.18x2.67 cm with polycystic pattern.
     Cervix: Bulky with nebothian cysts.
     Cul de sac:No free fluid.

    Impression:Fibroid Uterus.
    Thickened endometrium.
    Polycystic ovary
