To perform tasks on behalf of THANH LONG-TD (JV) in the bids No.: PK-
HESCO-GOODS-TOWERS-ICB/01:Procurement of 132KV Double Circuit
Suspension Type ZM-1 lattice steel towers along with allied accessories and extensions
organized by Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) as follows:
1. To sign the bid;
2. To sign all the documents to deal with the contractor in the bidding, including
documents to clear;
3. To negotiate and get the contract done;
4. Sign the claim if any;
5. To deal with all the issues related with above mentioned bids and contracts, if
awarded.
The person authorized to perform above-mentioned tasks as legal representative of
THANH LONG-TD (JV), the JV agreement made on 9th day of March, 2023.
T-D Investment Consulting Joint Stock Company is to be in whole charge of tasks done
by Mr. Vu Thanh Long, Chairman of Thanh Long Group Joint Stock Company in
authorize.
And both parties under the Thanh Long-TD (JV) are jointly and severally liable and
nominating Mr Vu Thanh Long as an authorized representative to conduct all business
for and on behalf of any and all the parties of JV during the bidding process and in the
event the JV is awarded the contract during contract execution.

This authorization is valid from 20 March, 2023 up to the project finished.

This authorization is to be made into 05 copies with same legal value: 01 copy to the
authorizer, 01 copy to the authorized and 03 copy to be filled in bidding document.
