|Guidelines to mark Condonation/Detained Candidates and to pay Condonation as
well as Promotion fee for current First Year, IV, 5 TH, 6TH SEM DIPLOMA students and 2nd year pharmacy students
a) Complete the uploading of attendance in all aspects by calculating
presumptive attendance upto 25-04-2023 or till last working day as communicated by Board in student portal on/before 03-04-2023 BY 5.00PM ( Actually last date is over on 2-4-2023) without fail. b) In student Portal (apsbtet.net/studentportal) under HOD login mark the Students who comes under Condonation/Detained List (For those who have not yet marked for Condonation/Detention) c) Instruct the students to pay condonation fee in DOFP portal (apsbtet.net/dofpportal) under online applications Condonation fee Payment on or before 11/04/2023 without fail otherwise they will be treated as detained and hall tickets will not be released, though they have paid the examination fee. d) Instruct the students to pay Promotion fee in ONLINESERVICES portal (apsbtet.net/onlineservices) for those students who have not paid the examination fee during previous examination notification i.e. Nov/Dec-2022 examinations but studied the current semester and not yet paid the promotion fee through the following steps 1. Register the student : Under student Pin registration 2. Pay the fee under ServicesPay fee on or before 11/11/2022 without fail, otherwise hall tickets will not be released, though they have paid the fee. Note: 1.Check Condonation and Detained List uploaded by you , By overlook, if any candidate is marked under Condonation/Detained List, mail their details to systemanalyst.apsbtet@gmail.com , to remove from the respective lists. 2. Enter Unit test marks for 1st Year, 2nd year (PH), 4th semester , 5th semester only after reducing to 20Marks for each unit test on/before 29-04-2023 and also upload SM marks for practical marks as per the instruction given on 28-03-2023 from this office. 3.Once the Fee Payment is Over, PM marks entry will be enabled and upload them on/before 29-04-2023 without fail .
