CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

This chapter discusses the conclusion and recommendation of the researchers based on their
observation.

5.1 Conclusions

Based on the gathered data, the researchers came up with the following conclusions:

Marketing Viability

1. Based on the result the researchers conclude that there is a possibility that Wrap and Roll
Lumpia will gain customers because of the marketing strategy which are the buy one gets one tarpaulin
and social media.

2. The researchers conclude the enhancement of product to become more delicious for them.

3. The researchers conclude the expansion of business.

Management Viability

1. The researchers conclude, providing employees with a pleasant work environment will
motivate them to work harder and longer during their shift.
2. The researcher comes to the conclusion that in order for employees to accomplish their jobs
correctly, the employer must have a good relationship with them.
3. The researchers come to the conclusion that giving them good compensation and benefits
will encourage them to engage in their jobs and produce a productive workforce.

Technical Viability

1. The researchers conclude that the customers will be more comfortable and convenient if
equipment and tools are properly sanitized.
2. The researchers conclude that buying equipment’s will help the company run smoothly.
3. The researchers conclude that the customer will receive good customer service.

Financial Viability

1. According to the findings of the Wrap and Roll Lumpia study, the business can turn a profit in a
year through sales and minimizing cost.

2. The business must use a variety of marketing strategies and promotions to make a large profit.

3. The business's financial stability ensures a high profit and adequate compensation for its
employees.
5.2 Recommendation

In the light of findings and conclusions being made, the researchers hereby recommend the
following:

Marketing Viability

1. The researchers recommend the partner food for the refreshment drink; Wrap and Roll
Lumpia.

2 The researchers will recommend to put a topping for the product.

3 The researchers recommend online delivery for those who order online since the business
have the social media page for the marketing promotion purposes.

Management Viability

1. The researchers recommend to an employee who are responsible and capable of performing
the task assigned to them. Employees who are able to work under pressure are needed because
the company will be focused on providing excellent customer service.

2. The researchers recommend that the management should provide employees with guidance
and information about their benefits so that they are aware of their rights as employees.

3. The researchers recommend that the management should provide a motivating factor by
simply recognizing employee's efforts to complete their task.

Technical Viability

1 The researchers recommend to purchase an equipment and tools to help and make the
operation better.

2. The researchers recommend that the Wrap and Roll Lumpia should purchase a customize
equipment, that suits the business premises to make the customers comfortable.

3. The researchers recommend that the employees should have proper training and orientation
engaging or handling customers since they are the one who first to serve the customers.
Providing them a training how to communicate properly and building them with good attitude
and values.

Financial Viability

1 The researcher recommends that Wrap and Roll Lumpia should increase its marketing efforts
to promote, the product and service it provides in order to increase profits.

2. The researchers recommend being cautious when purchasing raw materials and looking for a
supplier who can engage and deliver on time so that production does not suffer.

3. The researchers recommend to open another branch to gain more profit.
