    Literacy Rate is highest in Kerala followed by Goa & Tamil Nadu

    Poverty Rate is highest in Jharkhand followed by Manipur & Chhattisgarh

    Higher is the literacy rate, lower is the poverty. Kerala has the highest
    literacy rate with the lowest poverty.Thus,it concludes that literacy and
    poverty rate is inversely related
