1 Introduction

2.Safety rules
1. The original text of the manual we provide is in English. If the language is not available in a certain area, the end
user should contact the local agent to obtain a translation of the original instructions.
2. Before working, the relevant personnel must be explained on the working method and scale and possible dangers. Related
personnel include: system integrators, users. Users also include put into operation personnel, maintenance service personnel,
operators, and cleaning personnel. Placement, replacement, setting, operation, maintenance and repair work are only allowed
to be carried out by specially trained personnel in accordance with the operating instructions of each component of the
industrial robot.
System integrator: The industrial robot must be integrated into a set of equipment by the system integrator in accordance with
safety regulations. The system integrator is responsible for the following tasks:

2.4 Ignore the risk assumptions that may arise from safety measures
If you ignore the power-off device of the safety door, if people enter, it may cause accidents of people being hit by the
manipulator.
Ignoring the hot and electric shock signs may result in burns or electric shocks.
In order to prevent personal accidents, it is recommended that operators entering the equipment wear safety helmets, wear a
grounding bracelet to prevent electric shock, wear safety shoes to avoid being pressed to their feet by heavy objects, and wear load
gloves to prevent burns. This is used by operators on site. Earplugs reduce the harm of hearing loss.
Confirm that the safety door is locked and the equipment has no abnormal signals.
