2.Safety rules
1. The original text of the manual we provide is in English. If the language is not available in a certain area, the end
user should contact the local agent to obtain a translation of the original instructions.
2. Before working, the relevant personnel must be explained on the working method and scale and possible dangers. Related
personnel include: system integrators, users. Users also include put into operation personnel, maintenance service personnel,
operators, and cleaning personnel. Placement, replacement, setting, operation, maintenance and repair work are only allowed
to be carried out by specially trained personnel in accordance with the operating instructions of each component of the
industrial robot.
System integrator: The industrial robot must be integrated into a set of equipment by the system integrator in accordance with
safety regulations. The system integrator is responsible for the following tasks:

Operation guide for production equipment
User: The user must meet the following conditions
Users must be trained in the work they are engaged in
Work on industrial robots is only allowed to be performed by qualified personnel. That is, people who have
received professional training, have knowledge and experience in this area, and are familiar with the required
standards, and can make correct judgments about the work they are going to do, and can deal with potential
hazards.
3. Don't try to open the inside of the machine, only authorized technical engineers can open the outer
cover to check and troubleshoot regularly.
4. Safety-related components should not be modified or replaced by users, and safety performance tests must be done before
operation.
5. For safety reasons, fire safety is extremely important. Every workplace must use dry powder fire
extinguishers to prevent fires.
6. Working environment, peripheral temperature: 5~45℃, ambient humidity 30~95RH. Please avoid exposure to heat
rays or direct sunlight that can change the temperature environment. There will be no power attenuation at an
altitude of 1000 meters. When the altitude is between 1000M and 4000M, the power attenuation is 5% per 1000M.
7. Please avoid installation in an environment with abnormal vibration.

8. Not suitable for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.
9. In order to maintain the safety of personnel, safety helmets, safety shoes, and goggles must be worn when entering the
equipment.
10. Before operation, make sure that there are no foreign objects or people around the inside and outside of the machine to prevent accidents,
danger or damage during the operation of the system.
11. During operation, except for the operator who has the right to operate. Irrelevant personnel are strictly prohibited to
enter, to prevent accidental accidents such as touching, stepping on, or pressing the switch to prevent the wrong action,
which may cause the load to fall, personal injury... etc.
12. During operation, please do not load items that are not transported on the system on the system, which may cause
unpredictable dangers and losses such as damage to the system machinery or falling of the loaded items.
13. When the system is running, it is strictly forbidden to extend hands, feet and other objects into the system's operating machinery
to prevent serious injuries to personnel and objects.
14. Keep the area around the system clean to avoid unpredictable injuries caused by slips and
falls.
15. When it is necessary to enter the system for maintenance and repair, be sure to:
Remove the items carried on the machine to be repaired in the system.
Turn off the power of the system and press the emergency stop button.

The emergency stop device of the industrial robot is an emergency stop device located on the SmartPAD. The device must be
pressed in the event of a dangerous situation or emergency.

manipulator.
Ignoring the hot and electric shock signs may result in burns or electric shocks.
In order to prevent personal accidents, it is recommended that operators entering the equipment wear safety helmets, wear a
grounding bracelet to prevent electric shock, wear safety shoes to avoid being pressed to their feet by heavy objects, and wear load
gloves to prevent burns. This is used by operators on site. Earplugs reduce the harm of hearing loss.

4.Panel operation instructions
4.1 Electric control box panel
POWER SUPPLY: When the electric control box is connected to the power source, the indicator light is on.
SETTING AUTO: Turn the key knob to the right to send power to the manipulator, and turn it to the left to power off
the manipulator.
Program start : Press the program start button when the motor is powered on and the robot starts to
run.

Exception: When the divider is overloaded and foreign matter enters during operation, the indicator light will be on.

will be on. Position 1 positioning completed: When the servo motor reaches position 1, the indicator light will
be on. Motor overload: When the servo motor is overloaded, the indicator light is on. ERROR: When the servo
motor is abnormal, this indicator will light up.
ROBOT turntable: Display the current status of the position 1, 2 of the divider. Station 1 is loaded:When the
station 1 is loaded, the indicator light is on. After the sandblasting is completed, the workpiece is removed, and the
indicator light is off.
Station 2 is loaded: When the station 2 is loaded, the indicator light is on. After the sandblasting is completed, the workpiece is
removed, and the indicator light is off.
On-load blasting of station 1 is completed: When the station 1 is loaded and the sandblasting is completed, the indicator light will be
on, and the indicator light will be off when the sandblasted workpiece is removed.
Station 2 is completed on-load sandblasting: When the station 2 is loaded and the sandblasting is completed, the indicator
light is on, and the indicator light is off when the sandblasted workpiece is removed.
Single spray time: Display the blasting time of a single particle.
The safety door is closing: After all the safety doors are closed and reset, the indicator lights up.
Appointment: When the robot is scheduled to blast, the indicator will be on.

4.4 Manual control
When manually controlling the manipulator, follow the panel buttons in chapter 4.1. If the arm is running, you must first press
the program stop button to stop the program, and switch the switch to power off the motor. If it is used as an ABB manipulator,
the manual mode needs to be switched automatically, and the switch position is shown in the figure. If it is not switched to
manual mode, the robot cannot be controlled manually.

5.Shutdown, storage and waste disposal
5.1 Stop operation
This chapter introduces all the work necessary to stop the operation of the robot controller when the robot controller is
removed from the system. After stopping the operation, it is ready to be stored or transported to another place of use. After
the robot controller is disassembled, it is only allowed to be transported by a transport spreader, electric forklift or hydraulic
forklift.
Note before operation:
1. A crane or forklift used for transportation can pass through the disassembly site.
2. Cranes and forklifts have sufficient load-bearing capacity.
3. No danger will be caused by other system components.
Steps:
1. Release the switch to unplug the peripheral device interface
2. Release the switch and pull out the motor cable plug and control cable plug.
3. Unplug the ground safety lead.
4. Prepare to store the robot controller.

5.2 Warehousing
The following points must be paid attention to when storing the robot control system for a long time:
1. The storage location must be as dust-free and dry as possible.
2. Avoid temperature fluctuations.
3. Avoid wind and ventilation.
4. Avoid the formation of condensation.
5. The storage location should be selected so that the film will not be damaged.
6. The robot control system can only be stored in a closed
space. Steps:
1. Clean the robot control system. No dirt should be left inside or outside the robot control system.
2. Visually inspect the inside and outside of the robot control system for damage.
3. Remove the battery and store it according to the manufacturer's instructions.
4. Remove foreign objects.
5. Remove possible corrosion points according to professional requirements.
6. Install all covers of the robot control system and confirm that the seals are in good condition.
7. Close the electrical connection with a suitable cover.
8. Cover the control system with a film and seal the film. Add desiccant as needed.
