1. Application and usage

Vibrating Screen YK is of several decks whose moving track is

round. The moving track of the material is very long, the size of the

material can be separated into several specification. The machine adopts

cylinder style inspiring vibration device and eccentric blocks to adjust. It

has features of reliable structure, strong vibrating generation, high

screening efficiency, small vibration noise, , etc. It is easy to maintain and

safely to operate. It is widely used to separating the gravel and is suitable

for mining, building material, traffics, resource, and chemical industry

and etc.

3. Structure

3.1 The electric motor can be installed on the left or right. For better using, please
give the explanation when users order the machine.

3.2 The machine is composed of main parts of screen box, crutching device, cylinder
inspiring vibration device and transmitting parts, and etc.. The inspiring device should
be installed in middle of the machine body. The inspiring vibration force is altered by
adjusting the weight of eccentric blocks, and the vibrating amplitude can be altered at
the same time. The bearing should be lubricated by the lubricating oil and sealed by
labyrinth. The model of bearing is 22326/C3 W33（YK1548）22328/C3 W33
（YK1848、YK1860、YK2160），the V-belt of transmitting parts is SPC3150.（See
picture 1 ）

3.3 Screen is the main work component of screen box. So screen should be made of
high quality wear-resistant steel, and the Mesh size control classification

4. Installation, debugging and trial run of vibrating screen

（1）Installation

4.1.1 This machine is assembled by our factory and supplied as whole set. The users
should check the equipment after receiving in case of any loss in the transportation.

4.1.2 The technicians should be familiar with the structure, function, technique
standard and makes suitable installing chart.

4.1.3 There should be enough lifting equipment on spot. You should use 120X120
cubic wood block to support beside two sides of screen box to avoid deformation of
screen box when you lift the equipment. The screen body can’t be dragged on the
ground in case of the screen or its parts being broken.

4.1.4 The crusher must be fixed on the steel-concrete ground base. The high, depth
and the area of the ground base must be designed according to the quality of the mud.
The machine can be fixed on the steel frame. The measurement can depend on the
ground base figure.(see chart 1, chart 2)

4.1.5 The axial line of base support seat should accord with the axial line of spring
support frame and should not have any deviation. There will be enough space under
the base so that it is convenient to install and repair the equipment.

4.1.6 When installing inputting bucket for raw material screening of the machine and
discharging bucket for the screening material discharged, the left and right space
between inputting bucket and discharging bucket and screening box should be not
over 40mm, the front and space should be over 80mm, the upper and lower space
should be over 80mm.

4.1.7 In order to decrease the crash of material to the screen surface, the high between
the material and the screen surface should not over 200mm.

（2）Installation, debugging and trial run

4.2.1 Please check the spring support seat beside two sides before trying to operate the
machine. Check the pressing volume under support spring, to make sure that the
distance between the front and the behind, the left and the right not over 5mm. All the
fastening parts should be fastened again. Put enough lubricating grease into the
bearing. Please move it and make sure there is nothing abnormal and then try to
operating it without load.

4.2.2 Ensure V-belt tension with adequate adjustments and ensure corresponding
groove of two belt wheel be put into a one-to-one relationship in their respective
plane.

4.2.3 If trial run without load is ok, do trial run with loaded according to requested.

4.2.4 Rotate the exciter manually before trial run. Rotation should be flexible, start the
machine if there is no block phenomenon.

5. Lubrication and operation

5.1 The electric device should be fixed on the ground, the electric line must be
insulated and be installed into flexible conduit . You must cut off the power when
check and repair.

5.2 The machine should be started without any load. Working with too much load is
forbidden. When all the material is discharged out and then stop the machine. You
should not adjust, clean and check the machine when it works in case of being in
danger.

5.3 The feeding groove and feeding end should be as close as possible, and feed
evenly along the full width sieve, the feeding direction and material running direction
should be same to get the best screening effect. Max throw from feeding points to
screen surface should be not more than 500 mm, ensure smallest impact on the screen
surface.

5.4 You should add lubricating grease into bearing every 8 hours. The bearing of
inspiring vibration device adopts EL-3Li lubricating grease. Check all the part of the
machine every month, including checking the fastening parts is fastened or not, side
plate is broken or not, the horizontal bar and the strengthening frame is broken or not,
the spring, the seal of inspiring device, the belt conveyor, the switch of electric
device.

1. Use tension-compression method other than hammering method
when dismantle exciter.
