We would like to bring to your kind notice that, our Major by name A. Uday Raj

PC.No.10247 D-coy Major, City Armed Reserved, Head Quarter, Hyderabad is demanding of

Rs.3000/- to every AR Constable for Guard duty postings.

It is further submits that after completion of 3 months of Central Duties if any

constable who will not give money to the Major A. Uday Raj he will not give posting of

Guard duty and when ever our colleague friends will request him for guard duty as they are in

need of some time for their families as in guard duty there is 24 hour duty and 24 hour and

“one of our friend wife is pregnant and she was in 8 month and her condition is serious then

our friend requested our Major that he needs a guard duty but our Major refused his request

and openly asked him to give money by seeing his financial conditions we collected money

from our colleagues and given him then he granted the guard duty, by seeing such pain,

agony and mercy we are decided to bring this matter before you” and for those who are

regularly paying him his monthly amounts who are some P.C.Nos.10307, 10265, 10311,

11766, etc., and they are continuously working on Guard duties since 2 to 3 years because

they made a habit to every Major of giving money. We tried to inform several time to our

Reserve Inspector but our request are in vane as he is colluded with our Major too.

Therefore I request you to make through enquiry against our Major and Reserve

Inspector.
