What we learn at school and what we need to learn in life are two completely different
things. That’s also the reason why a lot of people argue and worry, that school doesn’t teach
us how to go on in life, and most importantly how to actually get a job.

Students should receive career advise depending on what they are passionate about to help
them achieve their dreams and get the job they wish for. It is worth bearing in mind that in
the USA , only 40 % of the population has received career advise in high school. That’s the
reason why young people have so many difficulties getting a job. It’s very unfortunate and
unreasonable that school doesn’t teach life skills, considering a average person spends so
many years in school only to not have learned any practical skills. Scholl teaches things like
math, science and English. Don’t get me wrong, these are all very important, but there
should definitely be some lessons to teach you your way through life.

Fortunately, though, it’s very easy to change that. The most important one is, to include a
subject in school, where students get to learn all kinds of practical and life skills. By doing
that, it is more likely that they will have a clearer vision of what they want to do later on in
their life. Another thing that could be done to improve the situation is, that students should
to undergo a quiz, where in the end, you find what suits you best to do as your future job.
Those “tests” can be found online, where you make an appointment for the test.

In conclusion, its obvious that its really important to have and retain a good education
system with modifications, for students to follow, so that they get a chance to find a job
they like and lead their life in the best way possible.
