Ref: Letter for Closure of Business

We at QS Consultants Ltd have decided to shut down our operations and close the company
permanently as on 1st January 2023. This company provided quantity surveying services all over
the country.

However, due to horrible circumstances we are having to close down the company because two
of the company owners have passed away. I am the only remaining owner and I cannot manage
to continue to run the company on my own. Our company relied on our pooled client list for the
success of our business. Due to the constantly falling sales, despite taking all the necessary
actions for the last two years, we have not been able to recover the constant losses that we have
been bearing. This is primarily because there is intense competition in our field of work.

Therefore, understanding the need of the hour, we have decided to wrap up all the operations in
our company. Hence, we request you to kindly cancel our business registration in your records.
Furthermore, if there is requirement of any documentation our signing authorities shall submit
and comply with all necessary closure compliances.
