In about 150-180 words, write about the problems that overpopulation

causes.
Overpopulation has a number of effects on various aspects. To begin with, it does
harm to human’s quality of life. More specifically, the larger the population is, the
more resources are needed to meet the demand. Therefore, when such resources as
food are not provided sufficiently, it is likely that famine occurs in places that are
densely populated. Another consequences overpopulation brings is environmental
pollution. As a matter of fact, the population rises meaning that transportation is
also on the increase. Hence, more exhaust fumes from cars, motorbikes are
discharged into the environment and affect primarily the air. The same result can
also happen to water since more factories built to address the needs may release
chemicals to rivers or lakes, for instance. Finally, overpopulation promote the
effect of widespread diseases. A notable example is the Covid-19 epidemic, which
has a negative impact on humans around the world due to its danger and easy
infection. In conclusion, overpopulation is an emerging issue needed to be tackled
because of its severe results.
