When beginning a new scale do not use the metronome. After you feel comfortable, then start with a
slow speed and increase the metronome slowly each time you play. Lowest Speed should be Semibreves

2. Play the intervals studies in 5th’s first right then left hand. Pay attention to the finger numbers and your
hand position. After you’ve mastered them in C major, play them in F & G major.
