    Respected Mr,
    We, the Committee members for a international sports, present this proposal to you in
    response to you request. It’s significant for us townsfolk the sports competition to unite
    the hometown.
    Our delegation has established several fundamental points to make known the culture,
    traditions, economy and tourist places that can make us the best host for a international
    sports. Such as kind people, the traditional food, native animals, historical sites, among
    others.
    We hope this approach has been clear, as well as satisfactory to make out we are the best
    option for perform the competition giving recognition both to hometown and to the
    country, proud of our culture.
