Get to know Insperity Premier
The Insperity Premier™ platform makes it easy and convenient to learn about your group health plan
coverage options and complete your enrollment in the Insperity Group Health Plan and Health Care
Flexible Spending Account – right from your computer at home or work, anytime, 24 hours a day.

CREATE AN INSPERITY PREMIER ACCOUNT


For new employees
Go to portal.insperity.com and select Create Account.

1. Enter your Last Name, Date of Birth and Social Security Number.
2. Create a unique user name.
3. Create your password.
4. If you receive an error message, please call the Contact Center at 866.715.3552
(7 a.m to 7 p.m. CT Monday - Friday).

For rehired employees


Go to portal.insperity.com and log in using your existing Insperity Premier account
username and password.

• If you forgot your password, use the link or call the Insperity Contact Center at
866.715.3552 (7 a.m to 7 p.m. CT Monday - Friday).
• When you first log in, Insperity sees you as a former employee of your previous
company, not as an employee of your current company.
• Once you complete your new hire forms, the system will register you as an employee
of your current company and will show your current company information.

COMPLETE YOUR BENEFITS ENROLLMENT – TIME SENSITIVE


Log into Insperity Premier.
Under Benefits Enrollment, you can:

• Enroll in benefits.
• Access ALEX®, an interactive benefits enrollment tool.
• View your personalized enrollment deadlines.
– Group Health Benefits enrollment deadline is 30 days from your eligibility date.
– Flexible Spending Account enrollment deadline is 30 days from your hire date.
– Voluntary Life Insurance enrollment deadline for guaranteed issue amounts
is 30 days from your eligibility date.
– Commuter Benefits (Wage Works) enrollment is available at any time.
The deadline is the tenth of each month for the following month’s
commuter expenses.*

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


When will I receive my medical and/or dental I.D. cards?
Allow four weeks for your insurer to mail your membership ID card(s) to your home
address. There is no ID card issued or required to visit a VSP network doctor. If you
need services before your cards arrive, you may call the Insperity Contact Center
at 866.715.3552 (7 a.m to 7 p.m. CT Monday - Friday) to confirm whether your
coverage has become active in your insurer’s system.

I forgot my username and/or password. What can I do?


If you cannot remember your username or password, select the link on the login
page. The system will ask you a few challenge questions to verify your identity. If
you cannot remember the answers to your challenge questions, you may call the
Insperity Contact Center at 866.715.3552 (7 a.m to 7 p.m. CT Monday - Friday)
for assistance.

A self-paced benefits orientation is available on Insperity Premier. Please note that


you must first create an account to access it.

Insperity Benefits Quick Guide
to Coverage and Care
When you enroll during your initial eligibility period, your coverage will be effective as of your
Insperity Group Health Plan eligibility date. Your coverage information, including your ID card,
will generally be available via your insurer’s member services website and app within five
business days of Insperity receiving your completed enrollment request. If you are not able
to register on your insurer’s member services site after five business days, call the Insperity
Contact Center for assistance.
