The submission is in the form of an individual written report. This should be written in

You are a management trainee at a multinational consulting firm. You have been
asked by your supervisor to write a report based on appraising the use of high-
performance working (HPW) and culture in supporting sustainable business
performance for organisations.
The report should include the following:
1. Reviewing how HPW contributes to employee engagement and improvement
2. Analyse the benefits of applying HPW to support business performance
3. Evaluate different approaches to performance management and culture, and
commitment by giving specific examples
4. Critically analyse the factors to be considered when planning training and
development activities for a specific organisation achieving competitive advantage
