    WRITING: FORMAL EMAIL

    Hello,
    I would like to apply for the position of lifeguard, which i saw advertised in the student
    magazine that a friend showed me last week.

    I am 23 years old and i live in Colonia Del Sacramento, near the centre of the city. For
    the last four years, i have been working in a summer camp with children and i am a
    very good swimmer since i was a child. I very much enjoy working with different
    people and i am an energetic and athlete person.

    I feel i would be suitable for the job because i have to do a lot of things that keep me
    active and i never get tired of it. Also because the job would give me the opportunity to
    get further work experience during the summer.

    I would be able to atend an interview at weekends or tuesdays at any time of the day.
    I hope you will consider my application.
