Brief presentation of the business

Hello,

As we discussed in the meeting, the field we operate in is building construction, leaning more towards
MEP design and sustainability. The business is composed from 2 main services:

1. Energy modelling
2. Heating and cooling load calculation

1. Energy modelling

The energy modelling part is required for green certification programs such as LEED and BREEAM. It
consists in modelling the entire building with all the systems included and calculating the energy
consumption and CO2 emissions.

This service is usually directed towards architects, building construction consultants, LEED and
BREEAM consultancy and ESG companies.

So, the main service would be building energy simulations, but also adjacent we would offer also
daylight simulation and thermal modelling.

2. Heating and cooling load calculations

The heating and cooling load calculations is a crucial step in the MEP design process, especially for
HVAC. The service consists in calculating the cooling and heating loads of buildings, which would
help engineers in sizing the equipment.

This service is aimed towards MEP design companies, consultants and execution companies.

Overall, I would like to have 2 separate presentations, one for each service offered. Also, the second
presentation, for heating and cooling load should be also in English and Romanian. I will translate the
English version.

Also, the presentation will reach other companies, and the reason we need the presentations to be
made easily understandable for non-technical persons. Also, the main points of the presentations
should be the fact that we offer an auxiliary service to the MEP design and LEED or BREEAM
certification, and also higher quality of calculations done.
