Sales Pitch - ELCA Systems

Hi Mr.Chris,

Thanks you investing time in me (giving me this time). I’ll take 20 minutes. I’ll give an introduction of
the company, explain are our offerings, our projects & what exactly we can do together.

Shall I proceed then? ELCA is a part of Al Mansoori group companies.

ELCA was founded as FEAG Middle east in the year 2008. FEAG which was a spin-off from Siemens
Germany partnered with AMG in UAE to form FEAG Middle East.

FEAG ME was a renowned control panels manufacturer for HV & MV requirements in utility sector.
From 2008 to 2015, FEAG ME manufactured hundreds of HV/MV panels for a number of DEWA &
ADDC projects.

Around 2015, we saw a market saturation for HV & MV panels. Later FEAG had sold all its shares to
AMG and existed from UAE. AMG then brought in new shareholders and increased the capital of the
company and hence, renaming to ELCA Systems.

Since then ELCA has refined its offerings to automation & energy efficiency solutions. We have
realized good number of signature projects in the region. Recently we have won the lighting control
solution for the MECCA. We have delivered the umbrella shaped solar PV panels at sustainability
pavilion at EXPO 2020. We have also done interesting projects in utility & industrial automation in
recent years..

Holistically speaking, we have done projects ranging from utility to automation, so what exactly do
ELCA do now?

Our offerings touch 5 different elements, in energy we have energy efficiency & production,
Automation and our legacy offerings in Control & protection panels and classical engineering
solutions.

The energy efficiency solution aims to spot out revenue & power leakages in the existing process. The
solution is built on AI gene, it rests on your existing SCADA, BMS or DCS and studies the patterns to
give valuable feedback to increase the efficiency of the process.

We offer sustainable energy production solutions based on wind & photovoltaic.

In wind, we design, assemble & integrate vertical wind mills, which are designed to sort the efficiency
issues associated with classical wind mills.
We are a certified solar integrator, as I have shown in the previous slide, we do turnkey design build &
integration of PV panels including connection to power grid.

Automation has been the core of our offering for last few years. We design solutions for specific
requirements of utility, industrial, BMS,lighting and hotel GRMS systems. In many we have taken over
a ailing project and executed it successfully within time.

Control & Protecting is our legacy business. We have in-depth knowledge in designing efficient
HV/MV panels. Currently we are focusing on very selective projects. We are often called to support
DEWA in retrofits, modifications and maintenance of C&P panels.
Last but not the least, we have classical engineering solutions for shielding requirements, vibration
monitoring, thermal analysis, harmonics measurement & acoustic optimization.

More importantly what makes us different in market is capability to provide turnkey solutions from
inception to design to installation & life-cycle support all done in-house. We also fit in seamlessly as a
partner for project specific requirements in each of these project stages. That’s one of the key value
as a solution provider.

Look what makes us different from the crowd is most of our employees come from substation &
utility project background where the margin for error is close to zero. So it’s imbibed in our culture
have attention to details, follow high level safety & deliver things when promised.
