DESCRIBING EXPERIENCES AND RECIPES

1) You went to a gastronomic tour with some friends. Describe your experiences as
detailed as possible. Do not forget to use adjectives, linkers, and proper spelling and
punctuation.

On the gastronomic tour, we went to the city of Bogota in the La Candelaria

neighborhood, this entire experience was guided by the chef and his advisors, in
addition to this it included shows where they danced and, on some occasions, sang. In
the morning hours, the main course was a delicious rib clade with chocolate and
bread, after which the chef explained the preparation and his love of him for his art of
him. During this tour they gave some appetizers to compensate for the time while they
prepared the food, the main dishes would be three: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The
next dish was a bandeja paisa with an ajiaco, a typical Colombian dish, i admit that it
is the most delicious thing i have eaten in my life, my friends and i enjoyed the chef,
and finally, the chef prepared some arepas with cheese very great, the truth seemed
from another world their knowledge was incredible. The chef enjoyed his work from
him and we appreciate his spectacular gift from him, it was amazing.

2) During the tour, a chef invited you to watch one of his recipes. Describe this recipe.
Include ingredients and process. Be as specific as possible and use the same criteria as
usually.

The chef gave me the honor of seeing one of his recipes, the dish he chose to show me
was the ajiaco, without thinking twice he accepted and led me to the kitchen with him.
He began to tell me the main ingredients: medium chicken breasts, dried guascas,
criolla potatoes, sabanera potatoes, onion, garlic cloves, large ears of corn, peas, and
salt. After all this he started preparing him, everything for him was very simple, but it
really requires time and dedication, i admire his work and his patience. The food was
delicious, something that exceeds your expectations. Continuing with the preparation,
i remember that first I added broth, chicken and the guascas and left for about 40
minutes, after that I added the potatoes, this did take a long time, i continued with the
peas, the corn on the cob and salt, I mixed everything and your wonderful recipe was
list.
