Hi Ms. Danne,

I went over the handbook to review benefits of PTO, SL and VL accrual and eligibility prolicy.

May I verify the ff:

1. PTO – I am not quite sure how it is accrued. Would you be able to know the PTO schedule
set by 365BP
2. VL – Is this available now or after 1 year of service from the date hired?
3. SL – As of now, do I have accrued credits for this? My understanding on handbook, I already
accrued hours from July 18th (end of PP).

Moreover, the way I understand the policy maybe wrong, so please correct me.

Lastly, just for clarity on both ends, would it be okay if I request to have our available PTO and other
leave credits on the paystub if possible or whenever you may have time for this? I would appreciate
that.
