We are a pilot college for a National Writing Project.

Good work will be showcased online by AOC

and EMC. If we get enough student creations, we will get funding to take part in the real national
project next year – and there will be money and prizes involved!

This can also help us with Papers 1 and 2 Question 5 (AO5/6). In particular, your initial drafts can be
proofread by yourself, and given feedback from me. You can then write up a final version which, if
you are happy with, can be submitted to the pilot scheme.

Use one or more of the prompts provided as inspiration. Maybe do a few as

practice I will give some feedback, then write up your final version in your
book.
The final piece will not be marked or graded, we simply want you to engage with writing and express
yourself.
