Objective (Who am I? and What do I want to accomplish?)

Information to be gathered (What information can I add that will help me

make my decision how to best reach my objective?)

Alternatives (What options do I have to choose from and what are the pros
and cons of each alternative?)

Recommendations (Which option have I chosen and why?)

Action Plan (What steps do I need to take?)
