PROBATIONARY EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

Ang Kontrata Para sa Trabahong Proyekto ay isinagawa nina:

RSVM MECHANICAL ENGINEERING SERVICES, a Company duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of
the Republic of the Philippines with principal place of business at Blk19 lot10 Silmer Village Binan Laguna, represented herein
by its Proprietor, MR. ROMEO ARAŇO MACARAIG, hereinafter known as COMPANY,

1. ALDRIN JUHN NACALABAN CABARABAN , of legal age, and a resident of #234 Dapdap Street,Barangay
Bucal,Calamba City,Laguna, hereinafter called the PROBITIONARY EMPLOYEE, hereinafter called the EMPLOYEE,

PINATUTUNAYAN:

SAMAKATUWID, ang EMPLOYER ay nangangailangan ng empleyado na magsisimula bilang trabahador sa RSVM

SAMAKATUWID, ang EMPLOYEE ay naghahanap ng trabaho at nagpaalam na kanyang nais na magtrabaho sa


EMPLOYER RSVM Mechanical Engineering Services.

KUNG KAYA, nagkasundo ang mga partido at nagsasaad ng mga sumusunod:

SIMULA NG KONTRATA PARA SA PROBASYONARYONG TRABAHO

1. Ang EMPLOYEE ay tinanggap sa trabaho upang magsagawa ng mga tungkulin bilang isang Administrator and
Sales Representative;

2. Ang EMPLOYEE ay magsagawa ng trabaho hanggang sa matapos ang proyekto o ang bahagi o aspeto nito;

3. Ang kontratang ito ay magsisimula sa 13 April, 2023 at maging epektibo hanggang sa makumpleto and proyekto o
bahagi nito;

4. Ang EMPLOYEE ay hindi regular o permanenteng empleyado at hindi karapat-dapat sa mga benepisyong nakalaan
lamang para sa mga regular na empleyado;

5. Na kahit na hindi pa sumasapit ang petsang dapat na matapos ang kasunduang ito, si G. ALDRIN CABARABAN ay
maaaring patigilin ng KOMPANYA sa kanyang pagtatrabaho kung hindi kasiya-siya sa KOMPANYA, o kung siya ay
napatunayang lumabag sa alinmang patakaran o alituntunin ng KOMPANYA, o sa kadahilanan na ang trabaho ay
nangangailan na lang ng kaunting trabahador na kailangan magbawas.

6. Ang EMPLOYEE ay malayang mag-alok ng kanyang serbisyo sa ibang kumpanya o maghanap ng ibang trabaho
pagkatapos ng proyekto o bahagi nito;

7. Ang EMPLOYEE ay tatanggap ng sahod na ANIM NA DAANG PISO (Php 650.00) sa bawat araw, na babayaran
tuwing Byernes ng bawat linggo ayon sa itinakdang patakaran at kalakaran sa loob ng kompanya tungkol sa “cut-off
period” na tuwing huwebes.

8. Walang Ibang kabayaran (“compensation”). Ang kabayaran binanggit sa nasasaad ang Employments ang nagiisang
kabayaran.

9. Ang EMPLOYEE ay papasok sa trabaho nang eksakto o bago pa mag alas 8:00 ng umaga at aalis ng alas 5:00 ng
hapon mula Lunes hanggang Sabado. Ang anumang pasok na lampas sa alas otso ng umaga ay ituturing na huli sa
pagpasok sa trabaho at ang pag-alis sa trabaho ng mas maaga sa alas-singko ay ituturing na kulang sa oras sa araw ng
trabaho na kung saan siya ay babawasan ng karampatang sahod at papatawan ng parusa bilang disiplina dahil ito ay
ituturing na pag-abandona sa trabaho;

ANG PROYEKTO

10. Ang EMPLOYEE ay magtatrabaho bilang isang Sefety Offecer / Sales Representative sa proyektong RSVM
Mechanical Engineering Services and Trading

11. Ang inaasahang pagtatapos ng bahagi sa project contract ay sa (16), June (month), 2023. Pagkatapos ng
nasabing nitong kontratang ikaw ay dapat mag report sa office ng RSVM para maabisohan ka at ma RENEW ang
iyong Contrata.EMPLOYEE

12. Bilang EMPLOYEE, siya ay magsagawa ng mga gawain at responsibilidad na nakasaad sa Annex “A” nitong
kasunduan;

13. Kung sakaling ang proyekto ay lumagpas sa nakatakdang petsa o araw ng pagtatapos nito, ang proyekto ay
ituturing na pinalawig at ang magiging kahabaan (duration) ng proyekto ay magiging ayon sa kung ano ang aktuwal na
katapusan nito;

14. Ang nakatakdang katapusan o kahabaan ng proyekto ay ipanaalam ng pamunuan sa EMPLOYEE sa panahon ng
siya ay nag -apply sa trabaho at nagsimula;

KUSANG-LOOB NA PAGPIRMA SA KONTRATA

15. Ang mga partido ay kusang-loob at malaya na pumirma sa kontratang ito na walang pananakot, pananakit,
paninindak, o pangingibabaw ng isa laban sa isa;

16.Alam ng EMPLOYEE na siya ay maaring hindi pumirma sa kontratang ito kapag may nakita siyang mga nakasaad
na hindi siya sang-ayon o ayaw niyang sundin

PAG-AYON SA PAG-REPORT SA DOLE SA PAGTATAPOS NG KONTRATA

17. Sumasang-ayon ang EMPLOYEE na ipaalam o i-report sa DOLE ang pagtatapos ng kontrata na
mangangahulugan ng tunay na estado ng employment.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereby affixed their respective signature this 16th day of January 2023, in
the City of BINAN LAGUNA.

RSVM MECHANICAL ENGINEERING SERVICES AND TRADING '

The RSVM Mechanical Engineering Services has adopted these Rules and Regulations for the
purpose of preserving order, dicipline andefficiency among its employees, therefore enjoined to
comply with this provision and to cooperateworkers and trainers. Everyone is in bringing about
harmonious Industrial Relations.

"GENERAL PROVISION"

Upon employment with RSVM Mechanical Engineering Services,they are already subject to these
Rules and Regulations. Ignoranceof the Rules and Regulations does not excuse any employee from
non-compliance.
RSVM MES reserves the right to promulgate new Rules and Regualtions,Policies, Work set-up and
schedule that are necessary and desirable forthe success and continued growth of the company
and its client as well as providing employment to all.

Vandalism in any form (e.g. unnecessary writings in a Class C

Wilful withholding of information from the company of having Class C
contagious disease that may endanger the health of others

Contributing to unsanitary condition or poor housekeeping Class B
Such as but not limited to, spitting, urinating, littering,
improper use of lavatories and toilets
Putting up unauthorized posters, messages, propagandas on Class B

PERFORMANCE OF DUTY

PROPER WORK CONDUCT AND BEHAVIOR

Doing personal work during working hours Class A


Sleeping or inattentiveness while on duty Class D
Leaving work place before specified time Class B
Wasting time or shouting loitering in company premises Class A
during working hours
Challenging superior or co-employee Class C
Any act of indecencyor immorality committed with or Class C
against a co-employee within Company premises or in
retrying one task
Making or spreading vicious and malicious statement Class C
concerning any employee, employer, superior and company
and/or it`s product
Using abusive language/offensive signs in addressing a Class C

Refusal to perform assigned work Class B

The removal or destruction of State property, documents, Class B
and/or other equipment or material, including client property
or records, from work sites without authorization is strictly

Unauthorized possession or carrying of anything designed Class C
as deadly weapon or explosive inside the company
premises or even outside the company premises
