Our gig

You will perform a key role in supporting the Director in all aspects of human resources. This includes
HR admin, talent management/succession planning, research, engagement surveys, change
management, organisational design, policy development for a variety of clients.

You will have the opportunity to gain experience and develop through hands on coaching and
mentoring. You will learn more in 9 months then you would in 24 months in a HR associate/graduate
role.
Supporting the Director to create frameworks, PowerPoint presentation, toolkits, and Word
documents to support client work, provide HR admin support and publish articles on website and
LinkedIn.
You will also respond to client enquiries, produce documents and packs, document management and
reporting. You will also undertake minimal data analysis using excel.
Involvement in HR projects on a variety of people concerns. You will work and learn from an
experienced Director in Human Resources who has worked with internal companies

About You
With a can-do attitude, and willingness to get stuck in and get the job done, you take initiative and
pride yourself in your ability to work efficiently.
You have good communication skills, both written and verbal, and can organise your workload and
possess strong attention to detail. Critical to this is your ability to be confidential and demonstrate
professionalism, ethics and care for client privacy and information.

On a personal level, you don’t take yourself too seriously, you enjoy a laugh and some banter. You are
self-aware and show empathy to those around you.

Ideally you have recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or have at least 18 months
experience in a similar role.
