while acting in concert with and/or aiding, abetting, assisting or encouraging another
or others, to wit: Danny Dabbs
on or about the 3 pt day of October, 2020, in the First Judicial District of Hinds County

did unlawfully and feloniously, in Jackson, MS, without the authority oflaw, kill another human
being, Lamonica Tucker, with or without any design to effect the death of Lamonica Tucker,
who was seventeen (17) at the time, while engaged in the commission ofthe crime of felonious
abuse and/or battery of a child in violation of subsection (2) of Section 97-5-39 of the
Mississippi Code, or in any attempt to commit such felony, in violation of Section 97-3-19(2)(f)
Mississippi Code of 1972 Annotated, as amended and

COUNT II

about or between the 1st of October and the 1st day of November, 2020, in the First Judicial
District of Hinds County and within the jurisdiction of this Court, the said defendant being a
male human being above the age of eighteen (18), whose birthday is November 16, 1987,
intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly, whip, strike, or otherwise abuse D.C., a male child who
was fourteen (14) years old at the time, whose date ofbirth is May 22, 2006, in such a manner as
to cause serious bodily injury to D.C., all occurring within the jurisdiction of this Court and in
violation of Section 97 -5-39(2)( c), Mississippi Code Annotated 1972, as amended

about or between the 1st of October and the 1st day of November, 2020, in the First Judicial
District of Hinds County and within the jurisdiction of this Court, the said defendant being a
female human being above the age of eighteen ( 18), whose birthday is November 16, 1987,
intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly, whip, strike, or otherwise abuse A. C., a female child who
was twelve (12) years old at the time, whose date of birth is February 24, 2008, in such a manner
as to cause serious bodily injury to D.C., all occurring within the jurisdiction of this Court and in
violation of Section 97 -5-39(2)( c), Mississippi Code Annotated 1972, as amended

contrary to the form of the statute in such cases made and provided, and against the peace and
dignity of the State of Mississippi.
