Training Description: Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
Objectives: Go step by step through APQP. This one-day overview course will help you understand
what must be done to comply with the communized guidelines for product quality planning
and the preparation of control plans. It will also describe the tools, procedures, and
reporting requirements specified in the APQP/CP reference manual. A working knowledge
of control plans is recommended prior to attending this course.

appropriate tool for an identified purpose or recognize a more complex methodology;
apply the selected tools; interpret the results of the application; and make correct
decisions based on the interpretation. This "hands-on" course will provide you with both
functional and applicable skills.

gain an understanding of the MSA Reference Manual and its impact on quality
systems. You will leave with an understanding of the elements of the MSA and
the relationship of MSA to a quality system, and also gain insight into
organizational applications, categories of measurement system variation, and
Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility. MSA has direct application to ISO/TS
16949 and the TE Supplement.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TRAINING SERVICES

1. TPA will appoint suitable qualified trainer and provide a copy of delegates training handouts for client’s own
duplication purpose.. Acceptance Letter/s or Purchase Order/s must be faxed or emailed to TPA at least 10 working
days in advance of the training date to ensure a smooth outcome in the preparation of the Training.

2. Client shall prepare 100% payment upon Confirmation and before training conducted and to hand over
the payment to the Trainer before or during the day of Training.

3. Client shall arrange venue for training, lunch & refreshments, duplication of delegates training
materials, arrange for necessary equipments / tools as appropriate i.e. LCD / overhead Projector,
writing white board, photocopying services, one ream of writing material, ballpoints, marker points and
etc.

4. Training To be conducted at Clients’ premises.

5. Client shall not distribute documents or information received from TPA consultant(s) to any third party
and or public without prior consent from TPA.

6. There is no assurance from TPA that the unpredictable improvements will be realized, since the
unforeseen variables beyond its sphere of control may arise during the execution of the project.

7. If any cancellation or postponement** notification given to TPA is less than 10 days, a fee of RM1000
per day will be charged to the client. If the Training is not within Klang valley, an extra cost on
accommodation and flight ticket booking will be added.

** Applies to all customer, regardless Klang Valley or outstation.
