As you may remember, we had some issues with the parts you previously supplyed . We are
willing to work together to make the parts you supply are interchangeable with pumps
installed in the US market.

At this time we want to place a new order for some parts that we will inspect as soon as
received. Please find attached a draft of the parts we want to order and the details of most
critical points to check. Use this as a guide for your quality control. We will check these points
mainly.

Regarding to Terms we need the following:

Prices to be CIF
Payment: 20% in advance withn the order
60% prior to shipment
20% 10 days after receiving and checking the goods.

Let us know if this works for you, so we will place the order.

As a second stage of this trial, we will work with corrections to drive ends and will do the same
way we are doing with rotors and stators.

Quality of parts is critical for our business.
