Overlapping purchase (same concert day) of SM Global Package and SMtrue presale tickets
is not allowed. If a duplicated purchase is confirmed, both of your bookings will be cancelled.
* Depending on local conditions, the concert/package schedule can be changed or cancelled
without prior notice. We hope for your understanding.

*In the case of the twin package, ACE certification is required in advance when purchasing the
ACE package.
Companions must also have their ACE certified in advance in order to make a successful
purchase.
Therefore, please complete the ACE authentication in advance on the personal information
page.
*Person1 and Person 2 informations cannot be changed after you complete the registration.

*Tour schedule (Date and Time) can be changed. If participants can not join the tour schedule because
of their personal flight schedules such as the date and the arrival time to Thailand, SMTOWN TRAVEL
TEAM does not hold any responsibility for it.
* Your payment must be completed within 30 min. Otherwise, your reservation will be cancelled automatically.
* If many people try to purchase the package at the same time, the payment page may not show on your
screen. When you purchase our global package,
the reservation page would be automatically changed to PayPal payment page. If you ignore all the following
steps and send money to our PayPal account individually, the reservation would be considered absolutely
invalid. In addition, if the invoice has not come to your PayPal e-mail account, please contact us at +82-2-
3480-0000. (Operating hours: M-F 10:00 A.M. ~ 19:00 P.M. (KST)
 *You are not allowed to hand over and / or resell your package to others.
*We do not accept any inquires about the detailed seating area.
*This package is based on first come, first reserved system.
*Please make sure you make a reservation under your PASSPORT NAME. Person 1 and Person 2
informations can not be changed after you complete the registration. Make sure to check the name
order (First Name, Last Name) when you purchase
*If you need to change Person 2's name, please contact the Q&A board by 10:00 A.M. (KST) on

*When you make a reservation for Twin Plan, only ‘Person 1’ will receive this notice. So please share the

2. Schedule

*If you wish to extend your stay at the hotel, please contact us via Q&A board after you receive your confirmation voucher via
[Personal Notice].
*The concert on March 12th is not available due to local circumstances.

[ Notice ]
1. The basic schedule of global package is planned as  2 night and 3 days (A,B course), 3 nights and 4
days (C course) The time plan will be announced later.
If you can’t join tour schedule because of your own flight schedule such as date and time of arrival to
Thailand, SM C&C does not take any responsibility.
2. Schedule can be changed without any notice.
3. We don’t send any e-mails or notice after you complete your reservation. When your reservation status is
'completed' on your [My Page] the package is confirmed. The confirmation voucher would be uploaded on
[Personal Notice] 1~2 weeks before the concert day.
4. About MD (Concert official merchandise) Pre-order service:
*MD pre-order will be proceeded via online website not SM C&C tour desk. The detailed information about the MD
pre-order will be available via the [MD Pre-Order Notice].
(If you haven't received any information at least 4 days after the official MD notice is released, please
contact us.)
*We may also accept MD pre-orders via e-mail. In case e-mail pre-order is opened we will announce it in
advance.
*If you are a Twin package participant please note that only Person 1 is able to see the [MD Pre-Order
Notice]. Please let your companion know all the information.
When we start merchandise pre-order service, we will announce its available period on our website as well,
so please check it. If you haven't received any information from the mentioned period, please contact us.
After merchandise order period ends, we do not accept any order since then.
*Depending on the local situation, we can get MD order at SMC&C tour desk without using our online system.
If we provide MD pre-order service at SM C&C tour desk, we will announce it in advance.
*We might not be able to provide each of the items picture depending on the situation.
 *We do not accept any questions about official MD before we start to sell online.
*If there are too many people who want to purchase any certain item, you may be able to purchase through
drawing system.
*When you purchase global package, please put your e-mail address with gmail account due to e-mail
reception issues with Yahoo, Hotmail and local domains.
*Depending on the local situation you may receive a refund for your pre-ordered items even if you have
completed the purchase.
*The MD pre-order is based an a first-come first-served system. 
*Due to local conditions some of the MD items may not be available for pre-order. We ask for your
understanding.

6. Package Plan
*Your reservation will be confirmed only if your payment has been completed within 30 min. Otherwise, your
reservation will be cancelled automatically.
Available packages are posted on this website under Seat status, so please check regularly to see if there are
any packages available for purchase.
You may be assigned to a room with two beds even if you purchased a single package (you will use the
double room alone).
If you want to cancel your package please leave a message on the q&a board.

*About Consecutive Seats & Room Type Change for Single Package Purchasers: We do not accept
consecutive seats & room type change request (to twin) from single package purchasers.
*About Consecutive Seats: We will provide the consecutive seats for Twin package participants.

6. Booking Notice

1. If you want to extend your hotel stay, please contact us via [Q&A board] after you check the Confirmation
Voucher on [Personal Notice].
2. It is presumed that the purchaser and the attendee are the same person. Otherwise, the ticket will be
cancelled immediately without a prior notice and/or refund.
3. Your passport must be valid for at least six months.
4. It is advised that you buy a travel insurance before departure, as it is not included in the Package.
5. You will agree to any form of photography / video filming during the concert session.
6. Depending on your nationality, you might be required to issue an entry visa. Please refer to the website of
the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand (https://www.thaievisa.go.th/)
*If you have problems with mobility or need a seat for disabled person, please contact us via e-mail
or Q&A board before make a reservation.

7. Payment and Cancellation Policy

[About the Payment]

1. The payment should be made via PayPal.（PayPal: https://www.paypal.com）

2. Your reservation will be confirmed only if the payment is completed within 30 minutes. Otherwise, your
reservation will be cancelled automatically.
3. You can either pay in full or in installments. Even if you choose to pay in installments the full payment has
to be made within 30 minutes since the reservation has been made.
4. Inquiries regarding PayPal should be made to PayPal.

[About the Cancellation]

1. Once your reservation is confirmed, you cannot change your plan. The change can be made by
cancelling the existing reservation and re-purchasing another package. The cancellation fee will be
charged according to the policy.
2. You cannot cancel the reservation by yourself after completing the payment on PayPal. In case you want to
cancel your reservation, you can write on the Q&A board.

[Cancellation penalty]

* Please check cancellation period and fee which apply to you.

* The total price of the selected package determines the amount of the penalty.
* The cancellation time when you send your request on the Q&A board or email is based on the Korea
local time (GMT+9).

8. Q&A

[About the Reservation]

1. What is the maximum number of people that can be reserved at once?

-Reservations, including your own, can be made up to the maximum of 2 people.

2. Where can I edit my personal information?

-Your personal information excluding your name and e-mail address can be edited on 'My Page'. To change
your name or e-mail address, please write on the Q&A board. (Your name must be the same as the one on
your passport.)

3. Is it okay to arrive/depart on the different date from your schedule?

-You can choose the flight schedule which works for you, as long as there is no problem joining our official
schedule.

4. How do I cancel my reservation?

-In case you want to cancel your reservation, you can either write on the Q&A board.

[Reservation for Teenagers & Preschool Children]

1. A teenager (under 18 years old) should submit the written consent of a guardian. Please request the form
on Q&A board.
2. No need to submit a consent if accompanied by a guardian.
3. Children under 6 will not be admitted. (We don’t have children fare.)

[About the Concert Tickets]

1. Can I change package plan and concert ticket after booking is completed?
-Once your reservation confirmed, you cannot change your plan. The change can be made by cancelling the
existing reservation and re-purchasing another package. The cancellation fee will be applied according to the
policy.
 2. Do you provide a special seat for disabled people?
-Depending on the local or concert circumstances we might be unable to provide wheelchairs and special
seating. If you have a problem with mobility and need seats for disabled, please contact us in advance.

[The Concert Seats]

• You will draw your concert ticket at the SM C&C tour desk. (The tour desk operating hours: To be
announced.)
• The seats are drawn based on your reservation type SGL/TWIN. If you made a TWIN reservation, the
representative of the reservation can draw both tickets at one time.
• Please bring your official passport for the identification.
• You have only one chance to draw the ticket.
• Please note that we do not permit the return or exchange of the ticket.
• We are not responsible for the ticket damage and/or loss.
• Those who cannot attend the ticket draw on the first day can receive the ticket on the concert day.
• You can check your seat number and section when you are drawing the ticket at the tour desk.
• If you want to seat together with your friend, please purchase twin package with your accompany. We do not
accept consecutive seat request from two single package buyers.

[About the Hotel]

1. Can I stay at same hotel and watch the concert with friends who booked package separately?
-We cannot guarantee you and your friends can stay in same hotel, however we will provide consecutive
seats for Twin package participants.

2. How can I check-in and check-out from the hotel?

-Please show your passport at the front desk of the hotel you were assigned to when you arrive at / depart
from the hotel.

3. I would like to extend my stay at the hotel.

-Please contact us via 'Q&A board' after you check the Confirmation Voucher on [Personal
Notice]. Extension requests will be accepted according to room availability at the hotel.

[Bus and Luggage]

*Taking a suitcase(luggage bag) inside is prohibited. If you bring your suitcase, you might not be able to get
admittance to the concert venue. In this case, SMTOWN TRAVEL TEAM does not take any responsibility
regarding this issue.
* The return bus to the hotel will depart 40 minutes after the concert is finished. If you are late without letting your
tour guide know that you will be late, you will have to return to the hotel on your own.
* If you leave your personal belongings on the bus and do not return 40 minutes after the concert is finished,
the bus will leave as it is explained above, and if the personal belongings are missing after bus leaves,
SMTOWN TRAVEL TEAM does not take any responsibility regarding this issue as well. We kindly ask for your
cooperation and understanding.

[Prohibited Behavior]

1. Any banner or a piece of picture that could disturb other audience is not allowed and venue securities will
take it at the entrance according to the concert policy.
2. Any recording electronic devices such as digital camera, video camera, even a cell phone is not permitted
during the performance. If you get caught by recording or taking picture, venue securities will delete all the
data in your memory card and immediately ask you to be out with no refund.
3. Carrying inflammable items or the fires is strictly prohibited.
4. No gift, wreath or fan letters to the members are accepted at this concert.
5. The concert can be cancelled due to the natural disaster.
6. The organizer does not take any responsibility for any accident caused by neglecting the staff's instructions.
7. No food or beverages are permitted in the concert hall.

The event can be successfully held only when there is full support and cooperation from all the
participants. Thank you.
