SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY

Financial Institution. This study significant to financial institutions


to improve their mobile banking services and enhance user
experience. The study will provide insights into user preferences and
expectations, which can be useful in designing and improving mobile
banking services.

Mobile Banking Clients. The findings will enable them to


understand the effectiveness of mobile banking and how would be
helpful into daily lives.

Policymakers. The study will be useful for policymakers to design


regulations and policies that encourage mobile banking adoption and
address the challenges that hinder mobile banking growth.

Future Researcher. This study will be useful reference for the


researchers who would plan to make any related study precisely the
standard underlying the Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
