1. THE PARTIES. This Loan Extension Agreement (“Agreement”) made (2023-01-27) between:

Borrower: (Peter Francis), with a mailing address of (No: 8 Kufana Street, Anwgan Pama
Sabon, Kaduna, St. Albert Institute Fayit, Kaduna) (“Borrower”) and

Lender: (MyCredit Investments Ltd), with a mailing address of (help@fairmoney.ng) (“Lender”).

HEREINAFTER the Borrower and Lender shall be referred together as the “Parties” and in
consideration of the covenants herein contained agree as follows:

2. ORIGINAL LOAN AGREEMENT. It is known that this Agreement is amending a loan agreement
that exists between the Parties signed on (2023-01-27), for the sum of (40,000) Naira and
maturing on (2023-04-28) (“Original loan agreement”).

3. EXTENSION. Under this Agreement, the Parties agree to extend the installment payment date
as stated in the original loan agreement to (2023-05-13) (“Extension Date” requested for).

4. ADDITIONAL TERMS. The Parties agree that all other terms and conditions stated in the
original loan agreement shall remain in full force and effect except there are no additional
amendments.

The Parties have indicated their acceptance of the terms of this Agreement by their signatures
below on the dates indicated.
