SATEMENT OF THE PURPOSE
This paper brings out the importants of being a leader in Christ Jesus. As a choosen leader know
what to do and what not to do

Who should be a leader?

A leader should be choosen among men.Hebrews 5 verse 4-6 says:No one takes this honor upon
himself, he must be called by God ,just as Aron was.A leader is a helper standing between God
and men,also a leader in church made the way for him to go to God.God only gave us Jesus, and
his blood Jesus cleans all our sins. Hebrews 7:26
As we were given Jesus as our leader, he was not from the family of Levi,under the Jewish law,
Levi and his sons were the leaders of that traibe HEBREW 7verse 11
Jesus did not come from this family of Levi, Jesus come form the family of Judah.God changed
this ,he was the gift which was perfect in every way. The family Jesus came from was blessed by
God they give things which last than Levi's.He then could be given for the sins of the people
Hebrews 7 vrs 11_14.God choose this family which did not kill any animal for altar He choose the
family group of Judah because they were clean before GOD.
B :Leadership is not Lordship?

Leadership we use it in Religious. As Christians we are lead by the Holy spirit .As we are
follower's of Jesus Christ ,we are guided by the Bible. Bible teaches us what we must do as
Christians.We then understand the bible reading by the help of the holy spirit.John 6 verse 44
says" The father sent Me. No man can come to Me unless the Father gives him the disire to come
to Me. Then I will raise him to life on the last day. "1Thessalonions 4:16 " He will come back to
take his church. "Revelations 20:4" I saw thrones on which were seated those who had been given
authority to judge. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony
for Jesus and because of the word of God. They have not worshipped the beast or his image and
had not received his mark on their foreheads or hands,They come to life and reigned with Christ a
thousand years. As God did to Poul God sent him to Rome he just go and he did the work of God.
Leadership we must have a spirit of descendment ,to be able to known the spirit operating in
people, churches ,schools ,homes in people,we need Holy spirit

Lordship :People will be lead by rules and lows of that group of people ,etc country
families,schools and many other groups of people. These lows have to be followed by every
person under that outhourity .Failure to follow ,you will be punished for that even to be killed they
don't mind.They punish people under the rulership of the Lordship .Leadership we don't punish
but we discipline using the word of God not to beat people or to kill them.Lordship they are used
by demons they don't believe inJesus.John 1: He who does what is sinful is of the devil.Lordship
most of them are used by demons because they don't fear God they are devil workers John 3 :16
For God so loves the world that he gave his begotten son,whoever puts his trust in God's son will
not parish but have everlasting life .

CONCLUSION
This tops teaches us to have a better understanding between Leadership and lordship, Leadership
is a spiritual doing and lordship is a phiscal doing.
We must understand the spirit which will be used by people, is it from God or are of this
world .We must not mix the two.It is different to be in leadership and Lordship .We should pray so
that we can have a better understanding between the leadership and Lordship.
