The Commonwealth Skyranger

Designed by Gene Salvay and George Stark, a high-wing light aircraft called
the Skyranger could carry two people side by side. It had tailwheel and
standard landing gear. It was built with a steel tube fuselage covered in fabric,
a wooden wing with a semi-symmetrical airfoil cross-section, and a number
opposed Continental Motors and Franklin Engine Company engines with 65 to
90 horsepower each.

The Piper Archer DX

Particularly in Europe and Asia, the Piper Archer X is positioned as the


training aircraft of the future. The diesel engine is more effective than its
gasoline-powered counterparts and may run on Jet-A or diesel fuel.
Additionally, it can extend the range by 850 nautical miles.
The Buzzman L’il Buzzard

Designed by Jesse Anglen, Dave Loveman, and Ted Van Erp, and was
originally manufactured by Buzzman ARVS and later by L’il Hustler
Ultralight Aviation of Holland Landing, Ontario. Low cost, durability in the
trainer function, quick construction, and ease of maintenance were the design
objectives.

The CubCrafter CC18-180

American light aircraft manufacturer CubCrafters of Yakima, Washington,


created and released the CC18-180 Top Club in 2004. It had a fixed
conventional landing gear, strut braced high wing, enclosed cockpit with two
seats in tandem and a single engine in tractor configuration that complied with
the FAR 23 certification rules.

The Cessna Model A

Designed by Clyde Cessna, this aircraft is a four-seater tourer manufactured


by the Cessna Aircraft Company in 1920s. A combination of wood and steel-
tube construction and fabric covering, was the first in a long line of high-wing
single-engined monoplanes. The aircraft was built in a number of variants
fitted with different engines.
