This permit expires and the right of an owner(s) shall terminate if, work is not commenced within 6 months or not completed within 24 months of the permit
date of issue, or discontinued for a period of 12 months.
The property owner(s)/authorized agent accepts full responsibility for ensuring that all necessary surveys are carried out and that buildings and structures

are properly located. I the undersigned owner(s)/authorized agent hereby agree that I will be responsible for full compliance with the BC Building Code
all applicable SCRD Bylaws.
