1) Introduce yourself.

➢ I’m Asleh Saadi, 40 years old, graduated with a bachelor degree in social science from
UBS University, and a diploma in business and office management. In addition to that,
I’m studying the M1 in social social science.
➢ I’ve been working in this field for 12 years with different tasks and departments that have
added a good experience to understand more cultures, and a solid background in
working with Refugees Protection.
➢ However, I am currently working as a Community Support Associate in a protection unit.

2) What do you consider your strengths?

➢ Beside my huge experience, and being always updated in that field, I’ve been
considered as a troubleshooter and hard worker, which means that I have totally the
ability to solve any issue I face throughout my work time.
➢ Also, I believe that I am a fast learner & multitasker simultaneously . I’m sure that I
will adapt to your system and apply any new skills that I didn’t have the chance to
experience before. In other words, I will be a part of the improvement of your
company.

3) What are the important tasks related to your work field?

I would like to start talking mainly about my tasks as a coordinator. To start with the importance
of advocacy and consultation for all beneficiaries to support them and refer them to other
NGOs. Also, I should support other NGOs . To end up with the coordination with my team to
provide the committees with training awareness sessions, and to help them improve their
capacities and to let them get our messages.

Regarding the general points,we should take into consideration some important tasks which are:

1. coordinate with all NGOs in all the camps.

2. Monitor and evaluate all the projects, and the women committees with our partner.
3. Focus on group discussion about PRL & PRS, key interview, intention survey, and
service mapping.

4) What are your weakness points?

I believe that I should manage my time, because sometimes I spend much time working on my
tasks continuously, even in my free time.
5) Why should we hire you?

Beside my huge background and my experience in working with refugees which can be put
on your table,I believe that this field is my passion, and I didn’t feel that it is a job as much as
it’s like a hobby. Since I was a teenager,I used to care about these issues, and to learn more
about them.
