    proper nouns for a person, place, countries – eg: John, Johor…. But use “the” :- USA, Republic of
    China, Kuala Lumpur Tower, …etc 3. Before any sports & games – eg: badminton…. 4. Before any
    meals – eg: breakfast, lunch, dinner, supper…. 5. Before a Plural Noun for General Statement – eg:
    giraffes, postmen…..
