M.Tech (Electronics Circuit & System), Master of Technology in Electronics Circuit & System, Syllabus, Eligibility, Duration, Degree Course
M.Tech (Electronics Circuit & Systems) or Master of Technology in Electronics Circuit & Systems is a two-year Post-
Graduate Electronics and Communication Engineering programme. The Master of Technology course in Electronics Circuit &
Systems provides knowledge and skill development in designing, troubleshooting and servicing electronic equipment and
circuits. The Master of Technology course in Electronics Circuit & Systems focuses on modern solid-state devices and
electronic circuits including diodes, the metal-oxide-semiconductor (MOSFET) translator and their applications such as
single-stage MOS amplifiers.
Aspiring students should have passed a B.Tech / B.E in relevant discipline from any recognized University.
The students should have scored a minimum of 60% aggregate marks at their Graduation level.
Some of the very reputed universities and institutes conduct an entrance examination for admission.
