Terms and Conditions of Bridging Loan Promotion (“Promotion Offer”)

1. The Promotion Offer is applicable to personal loan product codes 900, 905 or 910 (“Personal Loan”), and deemed to have met the
Bridging Loan* requirement set by PrimeCredit (“Bridging Loan Customer”).
2. Promotion Period is from January 1 to December 31, 2023 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”) and Redemption Period is
from January 1, 2023 to January 31, 2024 (both dates inclusive) (“Redemption Period”).
3. During the Promotion Period, a Bridging Loan Customer who has successfully drawn down a Personal Loan will receive a HK$50
supermarket coupon (“Gift”).
4. Gift is offered on a first-come-first-served basis and is available while stocks last. In the event of overwhelming response to the
promotion, customers may experience some delay in receiving the gifts. PrimeCredit reserves the right to offer a substitute in
case of stock shortage without prior notice.
5. Each Bridging Loan Customer is entitled to receive the Gift only once during the Promotion Period.
6. Customers shall collect the Gift in accordance with PrimeCredit’s arrangement and perform the Gift inspection upon receipt of
the Gift. PrimeCredit is not the supplier of the Gift and will not be responsible for any liabilities arising in conjunction with the
products and the services provided by the respective suppliers. The use of the Gift is subject to the terms and conditions printed
thereon.
7. The final interest rate for individual customers will be different and subject to their respective financial status and credit check
results. Loan amount and interest rate are subject to PrimeCredit’s final approval.
8. PrimeCredit reserves the right to determine the requirement of Bridging Loan, to cancel or alter the Promotion Offer without
prior notice. In case of any disputes, PrimeCredit’s decision shall be final and binding.
9. Should there be any inconsistencies between the English and other language versions of the above Terms and Conditions, the
English version shall prevail.
