If I were be having to create my own Free open-source systems,
I would implement the nine (9) following guidelines: 1. Availability Not everything is free there should be factors that needs to be met in order to access. 2. Liability and Responsibility You should be held responsible for every action you do 3. Source/Reference of the code It must be included as to give respect 4. Objectives/purpose of using the OSS It should be known as to figure out if it violates any existing terms and conditions 5. Archiving of codes For Further modification 6. Copyright notices and Disclaimers These are boundaries that should be respected 7. Documentation of changes To document what changes were made in correlation with the original 8. External Relations Correlations and Descriptions 9. Integrity of work Maintain integrity every step on the way
