    Mission

    To be the Philippine’s leading medical laboratory by providing high-quality, efficient,


    and accurate testing with prompt and dependable turnaround times.

    Vision

    To ensure the well-being of the communities the clinical laboratory serves, making
    healthcare accessible to all.

    Objectives

    The Clinical Laboratory is determined and committed to ensure the following objectives
    are carried out:

    ● To establish, implement, and maintain a Quality Management System.


    ● To provide medical laboratory testing services in conformance with the
    established standards in order to satisfy customers as well as the requirements for
    the accrediting and authorized body.
    ● To ensure that all laboratory personnel are experienced with and adhere to the
    documented quality system, as well as competent in performing their assigned
    duties.
    ● To ensure that all testing-related equipment is properly maintained and monitored.
    ● To create a pleasant and secure working environment.
