The narrator visited their cousins in Cebu for two months. They had to sleep in an empty room where they heard a voice saying "kuya" behind their ears. Their cousins and aunt said not to worry about the voice from the narrator's "kuya". Over several weeks, the narrator was unable to sleep properly due to the sounds and saw their cousins acting strangely. One night, the narrator felt something touching them and heavy breathing at the foot of their bed. They called their mother and learned that their aunt only had daughters, so there was no "kuya". The narrator did not want to return after this frightening experience.

me and my mom would go on vacations to Cebu to meet my cousins there. we had to
stay there for 2 months. My aunti was super welcoming to us and kind. On the first day, I had to go to a room with nothing inside since there were no other rooms available. But I would hear something behind my ears saying ' kuya". the first week was uncomfortable, i tried telling it to my cousins but she would say "youll get used to it.". What did she mean by that?... I tried telling it to my Aunt but she said "dont worry pamangkin, your kuya is just reminding you about his room." 3 weeks passed and i couldnt have proper sleep because of the sound, and i would see my cousins act weird and they would look pale. As I could not sleep properly i decided to use my phone till morning because i could not have proper sleep anyway. i was getting tired until i could fell something tingle in me. my sheets were going down, I couldnt move, i was shaking in fear. I could feel a heavy breath right at my foot. wait there was two breaths but i was able to sleep. I called my mom first thing in the morning and explained " mama I cant sleep properly, im using my kuya's room and-" " Kuya? no, anak, your auntie only has girls im coming to pick you up." I dont want to go back there anymore...
