ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT PLAN

EMP – which essentially involves the measures required to protect and enhance the environment –
is in line with the Proponent’s adherence to sound environmental policies and to provide guidelines
by which compliances with environmental laws and regulations may be ascertained. It essentially
involves various significant impacts during operation phase, i.e. generation, solid waste.

The aspects of an effective and complete Environmental Management Plan are:

• The identification of potential environmental impacts of the Project and formulation of

corresponding Mitigating Measures;

• The Environmental Monitoring Plan;

• The Institutional Plan
