This Institution vide Orders dated 28.01.2021 directed the Managing Director, TSSPDCL, Hyderabad, to Identify the family members of the deceased Sri B. Laxman Rao and pay compensation to them and submit a report to this Institution. Subsequently, the wife and children of the deceased B. Laxman Rao appeared before this Institution and filed petition dated 14 12.2021 seeking to implead them, in this complaint. Accordingly, the said petition was ordered and they were added as Responden. Nos.5 to 7 to this complaint. Be that as it may, the Superintending Engineer, Operation Secunderabad Circle, Secunderabad filed his report dated nil stating that an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- was sanctioned to the family members of the victim towards ex-gratia and cheque bearing No.871669 dated 27.06.2022 drawn on State Bank of India, Secunderabad Branch was issued and handed over to Smt. B. Sunitha, W/o. Late B. Laxman Rao. Hence, requested to close the complaint. In view of the above, nothing survives in this complaint for further Investgation by this Institution.
