- Calculators / Mobile phones / smart watches / any other communication or Bluetooth devices either in working or switched
off mode will not be allowed in the examination premises.
- Candidate is advised to bring Admit Card downloaded/printed after 22/4/2022 for appearing in the OMR based Exam

1. Candidate needs to maintain social distancing from each other at all the time, while appearing for OMR Exam.
2. No candidate would be allowed to enter the examination centre, without the Admit Card and valid ID Proof. The
entry to the examination centre will be based on the verification of the details and subject to adherence of Covid-19
directives / advisories of Government (Central / State) applicable on the day of exam.
3. Candidates are advised to carry only the following items with them to the examination venue:
a. Admit Card.
b. Valid Photo ID proof in original.
c. Candidate should carry his/her transparent Sanitizer Bottle upto 100ml.
d. Candidate should carry his/her transparent Water Bottle upto 500ml.
e. Additional photographs (if photo in the admit card is not available / not clear).
f. Blue Ball Pen.
4. No candidate shall be permitted to enter in the exam centre after the gate closing time, i.e. 10:00 AM
5. On completion of the examination, the candidates will be permitted to move out in an orderly manner (i.e. one candidate
at a time). They must wait for instructions from Invigilator and should not leave the seat untill advised.
6. Biometric Attendance of the candidates shall be marked at the time of OMR Based Exam. Candidate to ensure
that his/her Biometric Attendance has been marked during the exam.
7. Invigilator also to ensure that Bio-metric Attendance of each candidate is marked during the OMR Based Exam.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES
1. Candidate must bring Admit Card along with One ID Proof Driving License / Passport / Govt. issued ID Card
(preferably Aadhaar Card) with him/her to secure Admission to the Exam Centre.
If a candidate fails to bring above documents, he/she would not be admitted in the examination centre and
his/her candidature could be cancelled.
2. There shall be one paper consisting of 100 single Response Multiple Choice Questions.
3. There is no negative marking for wrong answer(s).
4. There should not be any extra writing on answer-sheets, in case of extra writing, OMR sheet may be cancelled.
5. There should not be copying of any kind. The candidates found indulging in malpractices / impersonation will be
disqualified and legal action will be taken as per law.
6. No scrutiny/Revaluation of the answer book of the entrance test shall be allowed on any ground.
7. Candidate is advised to bring Dark Blue Ball Pen for marking answers on OMR sheets. Gel Pen not allowed to be used
for marking answers on OMR Sheet.
8. Candidate should not possess any paper except Admit-card in the examination & Photo ID Proof in original

9. Candidate will be allowed to leave the examination hall only after completion of examination time.
10. Candidate is advised to follow the COVID-19 appropriate behaviour during the examination.
11. In case, signature printed on the admit card below / along with the photo is not available / visible, the candidate should
sign on the admit card below the photograph and get attested by a gazetted officer, before entering in the Exam
Centre.
12. Candidate will have to remove her/his masks for verification during videography and whenever required by the
Invigilator.
13. On completion of the examination, candidate must hand over the OMR Sheet and Admit Card (first page only)
to the invigilator.
14. Pocketbooks, handbags, books, notes, written or printed material, CDs or data of any kind will not be allowed in the
examination premises.
15. Candidate is advised not to bring any valuable / costly items and bags to the examination Venue, as safe keeping of the
same cannot be assured. Religious symbols like Kada, Mangalsutra, Kanga etc. are exempt at the time of Frisking.
16. No candidate shall give or receive aid from any other applicant or source during the examination. No Candidate should
adopt or indulge in any unfair examination practices.
17. In case any candidate is found breaching hall discipline and / or found having used unfair means which directly or
indirectly disturb the sanctity of the examination, his / her candidature shall be cancelled and action as deemed fit will be
taken. The decision of the examination board in imposing penality for the offence committed by the candidate shall be
final and binding on him / her.
18. In case, Candidate has submitted more than one applications, his/her candidature will be considered against the Roll
No. for which he/she appeared in the OMR Based Exam.
19. Candidate appearing for OMR Based Exam shall ensure that he/she fulfill all eligibility conditions for advertised posts.
His/her candidature at all the stages of the recruitment process will be purely provisional subject to satisfying the
prescribed eligibility conditions. Mere appearing in the OMR Based Exam shall not imply that candidate is eligible for the
advertised post and he/ shall not be considered eligible for further selection and his/her candidature shall be rejected at

20. Candidate is required to support during his/her frisking at the time of OMR Based Exam.
21. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing/attending OMR Based Exam/Counselling/Document Verification, etc.
22. If it is found that any Candidate has furnished false information/document(s) at any stage of the selection process,
her/his appointment/ recruitment will be cancelled/ terminated immediately.
23. Mobile phones, calculators and other electronics gazettes etc. are strictly prohibited in examination hall.
24. Candidate is advised to visit NHM Haryana website i.e. www.nhmharyana.gov.in regularly for latest updates regarding
the selection for these posts, as no special communication will be sent for any update.
25. In view of COVID-19 situation, candidate shall require to follow the COVID-19 Guidelines; particularly for wearing of
mask, maintaining social distance, and using of sanitizer etc. at the time of appearing for the OMR Based Exam &
Counselling/Document Verification. Candidates wish, they may carry transparent bottle of sanitizer upto 100ml at the
