    PRELIMINARY STATEMENT

    The person examining me is Atty. Exequiel Rubi, with address at Hall of Justice,
    Mandaue City. The examination is being held at the same address. I am answering his questions
    fully conscious that I do so under oath and may face criminal liability for false testimony and
    perjury.

    PURPOSE: This affidavit/testimony of witness Rey Colinares Gerundio is being offered


    to prove that sometime in the evening of May 26, 2022, witness Rey Colinares Gerundio, heard
    the respondent, RENAN PASAY ALLASGO and VIRGAMER SANDOVAL ALLASGO
    shouting each other a foul words.

    Q. Please state your name and other personal circumstances for the record.

    A. My name is Rey Colinares Gerundio, 26 years old, married and a resident of Looc
    Mandaue City.

    Q. Are you the same Rey Colinares Gerundio, one of the witness in this case?

    A. Yes, Sir.
    Q. Do you know the couple Renan Pasay Allasgo and Virgamer Sandoval Allasgo?

    A. Yes, they are my neighbors.

    Q. Are you in good terms with the Spouses Allasgo ?

    A. Yes, Sir. We always had dinner together before.

    Q. Did you see that Renan doesn't come home anymore?

    A. He actually went home last May.

    Q. Do you still recall any incident that happened between the Spouses Allasgo in the
    evening of May 26, 2022?

    A. Yes, Sir. While I was in my garage getting the charger of my phone in the car, I heard
    loud voices outside my house. When I went out to investigate, I saw that the couple
    arguing were the Spouses Allasgo.
    Q. Can you still recall what they were arguing about?

    A. They are fighting because Renan doesn’t give financial support to Virgamer and her
    son.

    Q. What foul words did you hear?

    A. I heard an alternate answers, Virgamer says, “You nuts, I’m sick of tired of you, why
    don’t you just get the hella out of this place”, Renan answered, “YOU LEAVE HERE
    BITCH! I’M THE ONE WHO PAYS FOR ELECTRICITY, WATER, AND I'M THE ONE
    WHO WILL GET KICKED OUT OF THIS HOUSE? YOU’RE ABSURD!

    Q. Then what happened after that?

    A. I did not listen further. I felt that it was not my place to meddle with the domestic
    affairs of my neighbors. I then went back inside my house.
