Subject: Legal Notice for recovery of an outstanding amount of Rs. 83,540/- (eighty three thousand five
hundred forty rupees) along with past, pendente lite and future interest thereupon @18% per annum.

Our Client: M/s Singh Olympics Pvt. Ltd. through its Authorized Representative, Mr. Shashi Kant. (herein-
after referred to as the “Company” or “our Client”) having its office at K-55, Mezzanine Floor, Peeragarhi
Udyog Nagar, Rohtak Road, Delhi – 110041

At the very outset we state and declare that this notice shall not constitute as a waiver/admission of or cause
any prejudice to our Client’s rights or remedy under law or equity, all of which are expressly reserved.

Under instruction, authority and on behalf of our Client we do hereby serve you with the following Legal
Notice, in unequivocal terms:

1. That our Client is a Private Limited Company duly incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 having
CIN No. U29309WB1981PTC033828. Our Client is involved in the supply and wholesale of various
branded footwear and apparels and allied products including Reebok, Park Avenue, Color Plus etc., to name
a few. Our Client is a pioneer wholesaler and is having a vast network all across India.

2. That you, the addressee have business dealings with our Client since long and you have been purchasing
footwear and other products of reputed companies from our Client from its aforesaid office on credit as well
as on cash basis against the invoices raised by our Client to you, the addressee from time to time.

3. That a running, open, mutual and current book of accounts is maintained by our Client to record all the
transactions including the purchases as well as the payments made by you, the addressee on account from
time to time on cash as well as credit basis to our Client

4. That as on 03.08.2021 there is an outstanding amount of Rs. 83,540(eighty three thousand five hundred
forty rupees) against you, the addressee as per the books and ledger account maintained by our Client in its
regular course of business

5. That our Client himself and its employees have made number of visits as well as telephonic calls request-
ing you, the addressee to clear the legitimate outstanding dues of our Client, but you, the addressee have
failed to clear the above-mentioned outstanding amount

6. That from your conduct, it seems that your intentions have become dishonest and mala-fide and you, the
addressee are not interested in clearing the outstanding legitimate dues of our Client.

7. That as you are illegally and unlawfully withholding the outstanding amount of our Client, you are liable
to pay the said amount of Rs. 83,540/- (eighty three thousand five hundred forty rupees) along with past,
pendente lite and future interest thereupon @18% per annum, to our Client.

8. That further, be advised, that our Client is seeking good counsel and if you, the Addressee fail to clear the
outstanding dues of Rs. 83,540/- ( eighty three thousand five hundred forty Rupees only) along with past,
pendente lite and future interest thereupon @18% per annum, our Client shall be constrained to take appro-
priate civil and criminal legal actions under applicable law against you, the Addressee.

In view of the above, we, therefore, call upon you, the Addressee to pay Rs. 83,540/- ( eighty three thousand
five hundred forty Rupees only) along with past, pendente lite and future interest thereupon @18% per an-
num towards our Client within a period of seven (7) days according to the English calendar from the date of
receipt of this notice failing which our Client has given us clear instructions to take appropriate civil or crim-
inal action under applicable laws against you, the Addressee, at appropriate judicial forums. Please further
be advised that in case you fail to address and redress the issues being faced by our Client, you, the Ad-
dressee shall be solely and fully responsible for the consequential legal action

I sincerely hope that better sense prevails.

You, the Addressee are also liable to make the payment of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand
Only) towards the cost of this legal demand notice to our client.

A copy of this notice is being kept in my office, for future use & referenc.
